Professional Development

Employers often require you to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) that has an impact on your practice. This demonstrates that you are improving your relevant knowledge and skills in your subject area. The ABM Qualification is a perfect way to achieve CPD hours. A wide range of formal and informal activities could count as meaningful professional development. You just need to be able to answer 'yes' to these questions:

  • Have you undertaken professional development activities this year?
  • Have you reflected on the learning you have gained from these activities?
  • Have the activities and the reflection made a difference to your work performance?
  • Can you show evidence of this difference and the impact it has made in your workplace.

The ABM will enable you to say yes to these questions!

Taking an ABM course will not only count as Continuous Professional Development but the qualification will also enhance your CV and aid in your business or career development.
