We work in close collaboration with you to conduct a detailed needs analysis to identify organisational gaps and establish learning objectives so we can tailor the content of the course to the needs of the participants.
We will collaborate with senior executives to apply our findings to create a conceptual framework that will be in line with companies’ objectives, organisational culture and at the same time will be affective for the participants.
Our highly experienced faculty will base the programme on in-depth research, new African management theories, experience and proven frameworks and techniques. There will be optimal opportunities to practise and debate solutions, reflect and learn from personal experience and to challenge the boundaries of accepted thinking, fostering innovation and change.
